- Contract for private labeling between two parties, with both parties’ sign & stamps
- Once you place the order, 50% advance payment should be made. After which logo designing and label sets we will be proceeded.
- Remaining 50% payment should be made at the time of dispatch & generating final invoice of the products’ order.
- FDA passing of brand name, designing & development charges which will be Rs. 5000/- per product (one time charges only) and courier or delivery charges will be charged actual.
- Minimum order quantity per product should be 100 piece each.
- Products once ordered and purchased would not be replaced or returned.
- The very first order may take 50-55 days after finalization of the artwork of the products (getting approval from FDA + products schedule). Second or third order can be replaced within 30-35 days of time.
- Emergency production of products or such order will be applicable of extra charges. All emergency order are applicable only after first order, as first order involves the time duration of getting approval from FDA and designing of the products sticker.
